At our recent community event, we introduced something close to our hearts — the Little Leaders of Hope initiative.

 

We created this program to remind ourselves and our community that leadership starts young — and it begins with compassion.

From completing an activity checklist to simply spreading joy and kindness, the kids showed us just how powerful small acts can be.

 

We’re so proud of the kids who took part — they inspired us with their kindness, courage, and creativity.

 

Because when we nurture kindness early, we grow a generation rooted in hope.
